ElderAronia Citrus Popsicles Recipe

Makes ~6 popsicles

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Honest ElderAronia Syrup
  • 1½ cups orange juice (fresh-squeezed or 100% juice)
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for added tang)

*Optional Sweetener: 1–2 tsp Honest Raw Honey or maple syrup

*Optional Add-ins: Sliced strawberries, blueberries, or thin orange slices

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing cup or bowl, combine the elderberry syrup, orange juice, coconut water, and lemon juice.
  2. Taste the mixture — if you'd like a little extra sweetness, stir in some raw honey or maple syrup.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  4. Add fresh fruit slices or berries to the molds before filling if desired.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
  6. To release, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds. Enjoy!

Flavor Variation: Elderberry Yogurt Swirl

Looking for something a little creamier? Try this simple variation:

  • Alternate layers of the elderberry mixture with vanilla Greek yogurt as you fill your molds.
  • Use a skewer or knife to gently swirl the layers for a marbled effect.
  • Freeze and enjoy a tangy, creamy popsicle with added protein!

Final Tips:

These popsicles make a great post-workout snack, after-school treat, or even a soothing throat remedy.

Want a grown-up twist? Use sparkling water instead of coconut water for a fun, fizzy effect.

Take advantage of the summer heat and give your immune system a flavorful lift — one popsicle at a time!
