SHIPPING


We carefully hand-pack each order and ship via Priority Mail within 2 business days of receiving your order.  You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Most packages arrive within 3–5 days of ordering, though delivery times may vary depending on the postal service. Please note that weather, holidays, and other unexpected delays may affect shipping times once the package has left our hands.

We offer free shipping in the continental US on orders over $100.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns on purchases. If there is an issue with your order or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send us an email within seven (7) days of receiving your order to hello@honestelderberryco.com.
